Student Fall 2009 Parking Registration

Faculty/Staff Parking Payroll Deduction Form
The payroll deduction form is available for full-time Faculty/Staff members to purchase an annual hangtag. The Faculty/Staff Annual Hangtag will be valid from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Fill out the registration and payroll deduction.& authorization forms. Send the original signed forms via campus mail or U.S. mail to:

Employees with a 9 month or part time contract can log on to campusnet to purchase a hangtag. Please note that in the event of termination, resignation or leave of absence it is the employee's responsibility to return the hangtag to the Parking Office in order to stop payroll deductions. Monthly charges continue until the hangtag is returned.
