Student Spring 2012 Parking Registration

Students may purchase parking through their CampusNet accounts. Payment options are Visa/MasterCard or students may apply their parking fees to their student account. Parking hangtags may also be purchased at the Parking & Transportation office (Visa/MasterCard only.) Click here to download the Student Spring 2012 Parking Registration form.

Faculty/Staff Parking Payroll Deduction

Payroll deduction is available for full-time Faculty and Staff members who purchase an annual hangtag (valid from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012). Use the Faculty/Staff Parking Payroll Deduction Form for registration and payroll deduction authorization. Please be sure to complete and sign both pages and send or bring the original forms to:

Full Time, Part Time, and 9 Month Faculty and Staff Tags (Non Payroll Deduction)

Full Time employees, part time employees, and employees with a 9 month contract can log on to their CampusNet account to register for a parking hangtag. Annual and semester tags are available for purchase with a Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, or bank debit card. Vehicle information (make, model, year, and license plate information) is required at the time of online registration. Tags ordered through CampusNet will automatically be mailed to the applicants registered address. Registration is also available in person at the Parking & Transportation Services Office. Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, and bank debit card are accepted at the Parking & Transportation Services Office.

CSU Department Reservations Requests

CSU departments wishing to reserve parking for guests may use the Department Parking Request Form. Please complete the form and fax to 216 687-5505. Requests for reserved parking must be received two business days in advance of the requested date.

Parking and Traffic Citation Appeals

Parkers who received a parking citation from Parking & Transportation Services may submit a parking citation appeal on the Parking and Traffic Appeal Form Faculty. staff, and student appeals must be received by the CSU Parking & Transportation Services Department within 7 calendar days of the date of citation. Visitor and guests appeals must be received by the CSU Parking & Transportation Services office within 14 calendar days of the date of citation.

RTA Pass Payroll Deduction

For CSU employees who wish to ride RTA instead of driving a car to campus, CSU offers payroll deduction for the purchase of monthly RTA passes. Please complete the RTA Pass Payroll Deduction form and submit to the Parking & Transportation Services office.
