VIOLATIONS FINE
 1. Illegal use of, reproducing, altering, or defacing hangtag or daily receipt [a] [b] [c]
 2. Illegally parking in handicapped area [a] [b]
 3. License plates illegal, obscured, not displayed [a]
 4. No CSU hangtag displayed
 5. No daily receipt displayed with Must Pay tag
 6. No daily receipt displayed for Visitor parking
 7. Hangtag not properly displayed		 [a]
 8. Driving and/or parking outside permitted areas
 9. Parking at yellow painted curb
10. Parking/stopping where prohibited
11. Parking on a crosswalk
12. Parking more than 12” from curb
13. Blocking driveway
14. Parking within 30’ of stop sign
15. Parking within 10’ of fire hydrant
16. Parking disregarding painted lines.		 [a] [b]
[a] This violation will result in a fine as established by the CSU Board of Trustees.
[b] This violation may result in removal and impound of the vehicle. Vehicle removal and storage is provided by a privately operated company on behalf of Parking Services
[c]. This violation may be sanctioned in accordance with Section III.P of the Student Conduct Code (Falsification of Records, Fraud and False Testimony), or criminally prosecuted under Ohio Revised Code.

NOTE:
Current towing charges are approximately $120.00 plus 8% tax per incident. Daily storage fees for the impound lot are $15.00 plus 8% tax on the total amount of storage including Saturdays and Sundays.
