The Masters requires 40 credit hours for graduation. The average course load is nine (9) credits per semester. In addition to classes and Practicum, students with the assistance of faculty, select one of three exit options:
- Conduct original research thesis contributing new knowledge to the study of the field of Diversity and Inclusion Management, cultural competence or a related topic. With committee approval, the student carries out his or her research under the direction of the advisor,
- Conduct an Action Research project which includes an organizational intervention and written report of the intervention results,
- Comprehensive exam.
