Founded 19 years ago at the request of business community, DMP was specially designed for working leaders. We offer an accelerated once-a-month, 3 day weekend E-MBA format and professional leadership coaches. Our renowned faculty provide cutting-edge leadership development content that is research-based, user friendly and highly skill-focused. We have both a master’s degree for busy managers and a Graduate Certificate option.
Students are charged an affordable flat fee that includes tuition, books and other required materials. Students earn 40 credit hours in monthly, three all day modules with a cohort of diverse classmates from business, nonprofit and government industries. Class cohorts begin every August.
This program is also for young adults interested in an academic career in diversity, inclusion, organizational effectiveness and cultural competence. Help us advance the field of organizational leadership!
The Diversity Management Program is a 21 month program beginning every Fall semester. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Limited graduate assistantships are available and applicants should apply early to be considered.
