"I believe that self-awareness is a key leadership competency. Individuals who lead others need to know themselves very well. They need to know how they come across to others, in essense, the impact their presence and behavior has upon others with whom they work. This is the gift that the diversity program gave to me."

Enhance your organizational leadership skills and cultural competence by earning a Masters in Diversity Management. The Diversity Management Program (DMP) offers you, the mid-career professional, the opportunity to integrate cutting-edge diversity knowledge with skill-focused applications in an environment that fosters courageous conversations and safe experimentation. Graduates of this distinctive program increase their ability to foster organizational success and excellence. They learn how to lead diverse people in a complex global environment.
Especially geared to the needs of adult learners, this program includes classroom instruction, online learning modules and practical application.
