Diversity Management:
an organizational leadership program

DEVELOPING CULTURALLY COMPETENT LEADERS WHO CAN LEAD AND SUSTAIN CHANGE!

Enhance your organizational leadership skills and cultural competence by earning either a Masters Degree or Graduate Certificate in Diversity Management. The Diversity Management Program (DMP) offers you, the mid-career professional, the opportunity to integrate cutting-edge diversity knowledge with skill-focused applications in an environment that fosters courageous conversations and safe experimentation. Graduates of this distinctive program increase their ability to foster organizational success and excellence. They learn how to lead diverse people in a complex global environment.

Especially geared to the needs of adult learners, this program includes classroom instruction, online learning modules and practical application. Using current organizational and diversity theories, participants will learn the essentials of group dynamics, group facilitation, organizational diagnosis, change and assessment. Additionally, we focus on developing your leadership skills. Each program participant receives a leadership coach for the first year of the program.

A background in business, human resources, psychology, adult training, communication, organizational development, and/or education provides an excellent base for the specialized training provided by the Diversity Management Program. Classes begin each fall semester. Students are together through the program in cohort-based learning communities.
