Faculty members involved with the Diversity Management program possess extensive experience and training in issues concerning human behavior, interactions, and systems. As nationally-and internationally-known educators and consultants, they have written and presented widely in the areas of diversity management and consultation, racial identity development, counseling diverse populations, legal and ethical issues affecting intervention, performance appraisal, team building, sexual harassment, conflict resolution, systems change strategies, and executive assessment and development.
