The Masters in Diversity Management Program requires 40 credit hours for graduation. The average course load is nine (9) credits per semester. In addition to classes and Field Placement Practicum, students with the assistance of faculty, select one of three exit projects:

• A publishable research thesis contributing new knowledge to the study of the field of Diversity Management, cultural competence or a related topic. With committee approval, the student carries out his or her research under the direction of the advisor,
• Conduct an Action Research project which includes an organizational intervention and written report of the intervention results,
• Take a four hour comprehensive exam.
