Diversity Management:
an organizational leadership program

DEVELOPING CULTURALLY COMPETENT LEADERS WHO CAN LEAD AND SUSTAIN CHANGE!

NEW!! We’ve added an 18 credit Graduate Certificate option!
This 18 credit graduate certificate is designed for:

  • mid-career professionals seeking to enhance their MBA, Masters or Law degree and/or
  • current Masters students at CSU

The course sequence for both certificate and Masters begins in August each year. The DMP is an executive MBA-style weekend program. Students complete the Certificate in just 15-16 months, Maters in 21 months, meeting for three intensive days a month, allowing for flexible accommodation of work schedules. The program fee includes books, materials and meals. Class cohorts begin every August.

The DMP is especially geared to the needs of mid-career adult learners. Combining classroom instruction and practical application, participants learn the essentials of group dynamics, group facilitation techniques, organizational assessment and skills as a change agent.

This program is also for young adults interested in an academic career in diversity, inclusion and cultural competence.
Check the "Prospective Students" page for the calendar year in which you plan to start. Apply online, in the drop down box: specify "graduate certificate."  If you are already enrolled in a program on campus, contact 216.687.2587 for assistance with the application process.
