The Diversity Management Program (DMP) offers you, the mid-career professional, the opportunity to integrate cutting-edge diversity and inclusion knowledge with skill-focused applications in an environment that fosters courageous conversations and safe experimentation. Graduates of this distinctive program increase their ability to foster organizational success and excellence. They learn how to lead diverse people in a complex global environment. Especially geared to the needs of adult learners, this program includes classroom instruction, online learning modules and practical application. Participants will learn the essentials of group dynamics, group facilitation, organizational diagnosis, change and assessment. Additionally, we focus on developing your leadership skills and each program participant receives a leadership coach for the first year of the program.
