Using current organizational and diversity theories, participants will learn the essentials of group dynamics, group facilitation, organizational diagnosis, change and assessment. Additionally, we focus on developing your leadership skills. Each program participant receives a leadership coach for the first year of the program.

A background in business, human resources, psychology, adult training, communication, organizational development, and/or education provides an excellent base for the specialized training provided by the Diversity Management Program. Classes begin each fall semester. Students are together through the program in cohort-based learning communities.
