Criteria for admission
Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree in a health related field, from an accredited institution and be a health care professional. Application requires two letters of reference and recent scores from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE; waived for undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale). Students must meet with an advisor to design a program of study.

- Complete the graduate admission application and the and return it with your transcripts and the application fee to the Office of Admissions. The graduate application forms and a Graduate Bulletin may be obtained from:

- You must take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE; waived for undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale) and have your scores sent to Cleveland State University. You may be accepted provisionally prior to receipt of your score.
- Contact the Graduate Coordinator to discuss your preferred area of emphasis and to plan a program of study. Students are required to have a program of study indicating their goals and objectives prior to beginning coursework.
