Practice

Winter Training Team Training Practice 

  • Monday, Thursday, and Friday at 6:00am at the Boathouse (1948 Carter Rd. Cleveland Oh). Starts again Jan 19th.
  • Tuesday 6am Stairs on Campus (starting Jan.)
  • 4 PM lift/cardio workouts on own (4x a week) essentially 1 workout per day.

Established in 2000, the CSU Rowing Team is a club sport that competes at the varsity level across the Midwest.  Our team is built on a winning attitude and a strong desire to succeed.  We are currently looking for new rowers to join the team for Winter Training and the Spring Races.

Early April Home Schools Regatta - Cleveland, OH
April 25 WV Governor's Cup - Charleston, WV
TBA MACRA Regatta - Grand Rapids, MI
May 8 and 9 Dad Vails - Philadelphia, PA

Team Values

The team is open to all full-time CSU students. Previous experience is not required; open mindedness and application of our team values is!
