Summer Student Housing
Enjoy luxury living in a great location close to both downtown city hotspots and public transportation.  Euclid Commons offers a wide range of modern amenities for students. Apartment-style suites are fully furnished and include cable, wireless internet, and all other utilities.  There is also a game room and onsite laundry facilities among other amenities.


Room Rate, Health Insurance, and Meal Plans
All summer housing will be in Euclid Commons private bedrooms. Students must be taking a minimum of 6 credit hours total for the summer. The price is $138 per week. Students who live on campus for the summer must have Health Insurance. All meal plans for the summer are voluntary. If you would like to sign up for a summer meal plan, visit

Process and Timeline:

  1. Complete the housing application. On the application, please put the dates you would like to live on campus. Be sure to submit the $25 non-refundable application fee. *the application fee is waived for current residents
  2. Beginning in March, you will be emailed a housing packet once your application is received.
  3. Return the housing packet back to Residence Life along with the remainder of the security deposit ($200) (check or money order) made payable to "Cleveland State University." *new residents only
  4. You will be emailed in May to let you know more regarding how/when to move in, your room number, and roommates.
