Students are responsible for maintaining their class schedules.
All registration changes must be done prior to stated deadlines.
Add/Late Add
Adding classes can be done through CampusNet
for Students through the first week of the term. All subsequent
adding must be done with the appropriate late
add form and must have confirmation of payment from the Bursar's
Office. Please follow all directions and deadlines stated on the
appropriate late add form.
Drop/Withdrawal
Dropping/Withdrawing from classes can be done through CampusNet for Students through the last day to drop a class to
be graded "W" for the term. Non-attendance does NOT constitute
an official withdrawal from classes. Questions regarding the refund
schedule for classes can be directed to the Bursar's
Office at (216) 687-3615.
Medical Withdrawal
Students seeking a medical withdrawal from the University are strongly
encouraged to consult with their college advising office before
making any registration changes. Once they have withdrawn from classes,
students need to consult with the Bursar's Office.
Military Withdrawal
Students who are called to active military duty have two options
for their class work. Students may:
- Withdraw ("W") from ALL courses with a full refund
of all tuition and fees; or
- Take and Incomplete ("I") for ALL courses with the
understanding that the "I" would be extended until the
student has had an opportunity to finish class requirements following
his/her return to school after the completion of active duty status.
Affected students need to present an official copy of the military
orders to the Office of the University Registrar (UC 400) and to
their instructors. The Office of the University Registrar will provide
copies of the orders to the Bursar's Office and Financial Aid Office.
All questions about financial aid implications can be directed to
the Financial Aid Office at (216) 687-3764.
