Eating healthy on a budget can often be a difficult task for students, professionals, and anyone with a busy schedule. It may seem that healthy food is expensive and it's a better bang for your buck to stop at a fast-food restaurant than spend money on fruits and veggies. This is not the case! Come learn how to make an efficient grocery game plan that won't break the bank and learn some tips to create affordable meals which are not only good for your body but your wallet too!
