Ryan is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and he has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Baldwin Wallace University. He has had a passion for fitness since middle school and loves learning new things about exercise and different approaches to fitness. Workouts with Ryan can vary from slower, more focused programs to fast, heart-pumping circuits, or even cross-training days to keep your body guessing. Ryan specializes in strength training, hypertrophy training, calisthenics, conditioning, and postural improvement.
