Nurturing an Educated and Well-Connected Workforce

Cleveland State University networks with more workplaces than any other public university in Ohio. Our students can choose from a full menu of more than 1,500 co-op and internship opportunities at nearly every major corporation and organization in Cleveland, including NASA, Sherwin-Williams, KeyBank, Lubrizol and Progressive Insurance.

Develop clinical skills at first-class hospitals. Conduct aerospace research. Curate an art exhibition. CSU students do all of that and much more as they gain the practical experience necessary to excel in a global economy.

CSU provides the highly qualified human infrastructure that powers the region. The vast majority of CSU’s 100,000 graduates have remained in Northeast Ohio to work. With about one-third of its students in graduate schools, CSU plays an integral role in advancing the careers and success of professionals in business, engineering, law, the sciences and other areas.
