Dicounts
We offer a 40% discount to retail booksellers on all orders, including
single title orders. We accept prepaid orders. We have no minimum order
quantity or dollar amount. We extend a 50% discount to jobbers and library
wholesalers.
Shipping Charges
Single copies of single titles sent to individuals are sent first class
USPS. Orders totaling more than $25.00 retail will be sent UPS Ground. We
can also ship Three Day Select, Second Day or Next Day Air with UPS,
express mail or overnight delivery if requested. We can ship UPS Collect,
and via FedEx Collect. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the
bookseller. We will insure packages with a retail value of more than
$100.00.
For international shipments, packages under 4 pounds are sent AO/Small Packet rate. Over 4 pounds can be sent Air Parcel Post or Surface Rate. We can also ship UPS International. We will pay insurance charges on packages with a retail value of more than $100.00. Bookseller is responsible for tax or brokerage fees paid to clear customs.
Credit and Payment
We extend 30 days credit to the trade as a matter of course. Checks for
payment of books ordered should be made payable to Cleveland State
University and sent to: Accounts Receivable, Cleveland State University,
UC-460, 2121 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland OH 44115. Checks must be drawn on a
U.S. bank. Foreign funds can be deposited electronically, call the Poetry
Center to make arrangements.
Returned Goods Policies
Returns of books in saleable condition will be accepted up to one year
after original date of invoice without prior authorization. Send returns
via UPS or FedEx to: Cleveland State University Poetry Center, 1860 East
22nd Street, Cleveland, OH 44114. Returns sent via USPS should go to:
Cleveland State University Poetry Center, 2121 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland OH
44115. Please include the CSU Poetry Center's original invoice number and
date on the packing list. We cannot issue credit without this information.
We do not pay return freight.
A credit memo will be issued by the Poetry Center against the bookseller's account. If the bookseller has paid the invoice in full and has no current orders with us, a check payable to the bookseller will be issued in 30 days for the amount of credit due.
Returns of defective books need prior authorization. Please contact the Poetry Center to request authorization for return.
