of Trinity Cathedral, the turn-of –the-century English
Perpendicular Gothic home and headquarters of Ohio’s
Episcopal Diocese, Trinity Commons includes seminar rooms
and conference facilities, a reading room, an art gallery,
shops, and Café Ah-Roma.
The Commons has earned awards and acclaim from those concerned
with urban revitalization, sustainable building practices,
and historical preservation. It won the Cleveland Engineering
Society's Excellence in Renovation Award and was a finalist
for the Northern Ohio Live Award of Achievement in neighborhood
revitalization. It is directly across the street from the
CSU Main Classroom Building, and there is ample free parking
off Prospect Street behind Trinity Commons.
(The
annual IMAGINATION Workshop and Conference has been made possible
through generous support of individual donors, and through
a CSU Presidential Initiative grant supported by the Cleveland
Foundation and the Gund Foundation.)
