Any group arranging an event on campus must contact Parking Services seven days (7) prior to the event in order to schedule paid Special Events Parking. This will facilitate parking for visitors to campus. Special event parking is recommended for occasions when visitor parking is inadequate, or guaranteed parking is desired.

Special Events Parking is defined as parking requests which result from or coincide with a major campus event or any event for which Parking Services must take extra measures in order to monitor and control campus parking. Parking may be designated "special event parking" at any time - weekdays, evenings, and weekends included.
