on University property is in violation of traffic laws or rules of
the State of Ohio
or of the University, the citation will be isssued to the member of
the University community to whom the car is registered in Parking Services.

will be written in the name of the member of the University community
listed at the address of the individual who, according to the State

any and all citations issued to that hangtag number. Fines will be

fine not paid or appealed within seven (7) calendar days of issuance
is considered delinquent and a $2.00 penalty fee will be added.
