Parking fines may be appealed in writing within seven days of issuance. Those requesting a personal appearance at the review will be notified by mail as to the date of the hearing.

1. Appeals are to be submitted in writing
2. Forms are available at the Parking Services Office
   (Chester Building Annex) or download the Appeals Form
3. A letter stating your intent may also be submitted to:

                                Cleveland OH 44115-2440
     
4. You will be notified by mail as to the decision of your appeal and whether or not further action is required.
5. If you have a ticket or an appeal you must go to Parking Services to purchase a hangtag. You may not get it online.

THE APPEAL BOARD DECISION IS FINAL
