Welcome to the Cashier’s Office at Cleveland State University. We’re here to help you take care of your financial responsiblities to the Universtiy. In addition to making tution payments, you can also replenish your Viking Cash at our offices, cash personal checks (up to $10 per day for students), and pay for departmental charges (for example, buying transcripts or paying your graduation fees).

Location

The Cashier’s Office is located in the Main Classroom Building in room 115 adjacent to Campus 411.

Office Hours are subject to Change

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm
Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
First and Third Saturday of each month 10:00am-1:00pm

The Cashier's Office will have extended hours during dorm move in weekend

• January 16th 10am-4pm
• January 17th 11am-2pm

The Office will close at 5pm on:

• December 21st-December 31st
• March 15th-March 19th

• The office will be closed on regular university Holidays.

  • New Year's Weekend (January 1st-3rd)
  • Martin Luther King Day (January 18th)
  • President's Day (February 15th)
