Voice Messaging

Requesting Voice Messaging Service

New office telephone lines will be given voice messaging service upon installation. If voice messaging needs to be added to an existing line please send an email request through your department administrative assistant to the email:

Getting Started

To access the voicemail system, dial 2001 from on-campus or 216-687-2001 from off-campus. When Dialing from off-campus please press * after the system answers, followed by your mailbox number (extension number) and the security code (password).

User Guides

A quick reference sheet is available for you as you get acquainted with the new system. This reference sheet can be printed and kept next to your phone. (Voicemail Quick Reference Guide).
