International Plans:

Voice Plans:
World Travel feature $5.99 monthly charge.  This will allow calling outside the US.
World Connect feature $3.99 monthly charge.  Will allow you to call from the US to international.

International Voice Plans can be added and removed to the phone at any time.

Data Plans:
International data: $64.99 monthly charge.  2GB data usage

International data plans need to remain on the phone for the duration of the billing cycle to make sure that the charges are billed correctly.

Ordering Services

To order cell phone services, the budgetary person for your department will need to send an email to telcom@csuohio.edu with the following information:

              Name of individual using cell phone services
              Department
              Department account number
              Are you choosing cell phone or smart phone?
              Equipment type (cell phone or which smart phone device)
              Voice plan
              Data plan – if you are using smart phone device
              Text Messaging Plans

              Are any accessories needed?

Access Your Bill

Monthly cell phone bills are available on line through the AT&T Premier website at https://wireless.att.com/businesscare

Before viewing your bills, you will need to create an account, by clicking on register.

From this website, you will be able to view your past invoices, up to 15 months. Also from the site you can view current usage. Electronic billing is being worked on. When this has been completed, the bills will be available each month in electronic format. Details coming soon.

Helpful Hints

Billing Cycle Dates
The billing cycle is from the 10th to the 9th.

Checking Minutes
You can check your monthly voice usage from your cell phone. From the cell phone, dial *646# and press the send key. A text message will be sent to your cell phone with a breakdown of your voice minutes left until the end of the billing cycle.

Directory Assistance (411)
Calling 411 from your cell phone will result in a charge of $1.99 per call.
Here are a couple of suggestions on ways to save a little for information calls.

1.) Text message to google (46645): you can enter in the name of the place that you are looking for and the zip code. Approximately 2 text messages will return to your phone with the information requested. You will pay $.20 per message (sent and received).

2.) For smartphone users, look at the website 411.com. You will search for the place that you are looking for and can click on the listing and dial the number.

Spam Test Messages

You may occasionally receive spam text messages to your phone (i.e. you have won a prize, receive discounts, etc).  The messages cannot be blocked but they can be reported to the cellular carrier.  Forward the message to 7726 (SPAM).  When the message has been received by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation message.  Sending and receiving text to the spam number 7726 is free.
