Exercise: Successful completion of an exercise is required for final approval to PeopleSoft for navigation. You may either take a self-study course or attend classroom training to prepare for the exercise.

Prerequisites:

• Experience using keyboard and mouse
• Working knowledge of Internet Explorer, including:
  • Ability to create, organize & use IE Favorites
  • Ability to clear cache
• Completed & approved Request for PeopleSoft Access form for student navigation/advising
• Completed FERPA form

Objectives:
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
1. Start and exit PeopleSoft
2. Understand the different navigation alternatives
3. Change the menu
4. Select a specific record (search key value)
5. Explain the difference between history,  current & future-dated rows
6. Use the buttons to navigate

This course is approximately one (1) hour.
