Julie Good received her B.A. in French from the College of Wooster (1998) and a Master's in Education from the University of Akron (2001). In high school she participated in the Rotary International Youth Exchange program in Rodez, France. As an undergraduate, Julie spent her junior year abroad in Québec City, Canada. During the 1998-99 academic year she taught English in Nîmes, France, as part of the French Ministry of Education's language assistant program. Julie has worked at Cleveland State since September 2007. As Manager of Study Abroad Programs, Julie works on the administration of all aspects of study abroad programming at CSU. Her primary responsibilities include advising students, development of policies and procedures, and study abroad staff management. In addition, she oversees incoming and outgoing exchange students through CSU's international partnerships and the National Student Exchange Program.

Hannah Fischer received her B.A. in Spanish and History from Grove City College in 2003. She enjoyed many years abroad in her childhood, growing up partially in Germany and England and travelling wherever her family and school took her. In college, she led trips for students to London and continued to coordinate school trips to Guatemala into her professional career as a middle and high school Spanish teacher. Hannah is a recent transplant to Cleveland and has worked at Cleveland State since December 2006. Hannah works with the CSU faculty-led, short-term programs, both assisting faculty in planning and implementaton of their programs and advising students.
