The staff of the Education Abroad Office regularly meet with students in-person for advising appointments. Please schedule your 30-minute advising appointment though our calendar or by calling the office. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 	Julie Good :: Manager of Education Abroad Julie received her B.A. in French from the College of Wooster (1998) and a Master's in Education from the University of Akron (2001). In high school she participated in the Rotary International Youth Exchange program in Rodez, France. As an undergraduate, Julie spent her junior year abroad in Québec City, Canada. During the 1998-99 academic year she taught English in Nîmes, France, as part of the French Ministry of Education's language assistant program. Julie has worked at Cleveland State since September 2007. As Manager of Education Abroad Programs, Julie works on the administration of all aspects of Education Abroad programming at CSU. Her primary responsibilities include advising students, development of policies and procedures, and Education Abroad staff management. In addition, she oversees incoming and outgoing exchange students through CSU's international partnerships and the National Student Exchange Program.

	Tiffani Fields :: Student Assistant My name is Tiffani Fields and I am currently a junior studying for a Health Science Degree, with the hopes of becoming a Registered Nurse someday. I will also be going for a French Minor. I studied French in High school for 1 year and studied abroad the Summer of 2012 in Clermont-Ferraud, while also visiting Paris as well as Lyon, France.
	Krissy Fergus :: Graduate Assistant Krissy graduated from the University of Denver in 2009, where she studied abroad in Wollongong, Australia. She began the MBA program at Cleveland State in the Fall of 2011 and went on a faculty lead trip to the UAE in January 2012. Krissy will be working as a Graduate Assistant in Education Abroad for the Spring 2012.
	Joseph Glaser :: Website Assistant Joey is an incoming honors senior at Cleveland State University majoring in Physics and Mathematics. He manages all of the website updates for the center. If you have any web related inquires, send him an email.
