Establish and maintain partnerships with Cleveland State University employees, departments and management to ensure the university mission is met through:
Providing quality, professional and confidential assistance and service as advocate, liaison, counselor and problem-solver with both employees and managers;
Attracting and retaining innovative and diverse employees;
Creating and maintaining progressive and dynamic policies and procedures that are applied fairly and consistently;
Keeping informed of changes within the university and in the profession; and
Facilitating change to meet new demands in the Department, in the Colleges, in other administrative units and University-wide as appropriate.
