REPORT FIRE EMERGENCIES IMMEDIATELY – CALL 9-1-1!

WHEN FIRE ALARM IS ACTIVATED, ALL PERSONNEL SHOULD IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE BUILDING!

The Department of Environmental Health and Safety is responsible for overall fire safety and prevention on campus. EHS facilitates fire and life safety inspections of University facilities, fire safety education and training, fire and evacuation drills, the testing and inspection of fire safety systems, management of the portable fire extinguisher maintenance program, routine inspections of fire extinguishers and exit lighting, and plan review for renovation and construction projects involving life safety systems.
