Students Scheduling an Exam:

Please call our front desk at (216)687-2015 at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a test. Don’t forget to notify the faculty that you will be taking the exam in the ODS and ask them to please forward it to us.

Please let our front desk staff know if you will need a reader or any special hardware or software for taking an exam. We have 4 testing rooms each equipped with a CCTV, computer, and printer. All Testing room computers have JAWS, ZoomText, Read & Write Gold, Victor Reader, OpenBook and many other programs. Some programs are only available on certain computers like Office 2007 and Dragon Naturally Speaking. Because of this and the demand for space we need to know if you will need to test in a specific room.
