Men’s Group

  • Day and time to be chosen by group members, Room 1235 (Counseling Center)
  • Facilitated by Bruce Menapace, Ph.D., Psychologist, and Eric Kortanek, M.A., Psychology Intern
  • Topics may include but are not limited to: Sexuality, Success, Aggression, Expectations of Men, Self-Esteem, Social Skills, Competition, and Healthy Relationships.
  • Call 687-2277 to schedule a required pre-screening appointment for this group.

R3 Relax, Reenergize and Renew

  • Wednesdays at noon, RT1235
  • Facilitated by Lou Sauer, Ph.D., Psychologist, and Eric Kortanek, M.A., Psychology Intern
  • Experience your mellow side! Come and learn how to recognize and manage stress. You’ll leave re-laxed, reenergized, and refreshed.

Self-Esteem Workshops

  • Fridays at 11:00 starting Sep. 25, RT1235.
  • Facilitated by Yvona Pabian, M.Ed., PC, and Robin Leichtman, M.Ed., PC
  • Through skills building and support you will learn how to quiet your internal critic, set appropriate boundaries, better handle criticism, and feel more relaxed and comfortable with who you are.

How to Do Everything Better Workshops

  • Wednesdays at 12:15-1:15, Sep. 16—Nov. 18, African-American Cultural Center, MC137
  • Facilitated by Paula Mickens-English, Ph.D.
  • Want to know how to make your own luck, re-tune your trust-o-meter, bridge the gap from knowing to doing, all while you relax your way to weight loss? Well join us for one (or all) of these workshops.
