  • WILL LEARN ABOUT THE FIVE MAJOR TYPES OF ANXIETY
  • CAN TAKE A BRIEF SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE
  • FIND OUT WHETHER THEY WOULD BENEFIT FROM A FORMAL EVALUATION.
  • GET INFORMATION ABOUT ANXIETY AND ITS MANAGEMENT TO TAKE WITH THEM
  • SEE A SHORT VIDEO ON ANXIETY
