Project Springboard

Project Springboard is a program designed to provide students with disabilities exposure to and experience in careers.

It offers Cleveland State students with disabilities career counseling with a specific focus upon Cooperative Education. The goal is to aid students in defining their career goals and to help them gain experience while they earn their degrees.

Project Springboard offers the following services: evaluation, job readiness skills, individual career advising, and job placement opportunities in addition to access to on-campus interviews, job skills workshops, mock interviews, Choices Planner, internships, and mentoring.
