A presentation directed at International students, the video addresses appropriate communication styles for job interviews in the United States. This tape demonstrates:

• How the student's can open up discussion with a potential employer on ways to hire an international student.
• The critical stages of an interview.
• What needs to be done before the interview (appearance and physical presence is discussed in detail).
• Visually present the impact of contrasting cultural values.
• Employment interviews are communication encounters containing cultural norms and rules that required specific cultural literacy.
