Accounting Finance Information Systems International Business Management and Labor Relations Marketing Operations Management and Business Statistics	Goal 1: Students will be able to demonstrate and apply knowledge from the major field to identify and solve problems in the respective areas.	Goal 1: Custom-designed major field tests administered to majors in the BBA Business Strategy capstone course.
	Goal 2: Students will be able to communicate effectively in writing and in oral presentations.	Goal 2: Exit surveys custom-designed and administered to graduates to assess satisfaction with learning experience at CSU.
	Goal 3: Students will be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills in business decision making.	Goal 3: Scoring rubric used in the capstone strategy course to rate quality of written work ranging from "exemplary" and "proficient" to "marginal" and "unacceptable."
