Description of Work

This study reviews the condition of the exterior sandstone and masonry fascia and envelope as well as the lower west roof structure. The main upper roof has been replaced within the last two years. The sandstone fascia is deteriorated in some areas where the anchors are no longer holding the panels and some panels and masonry have been displaced. The exterior masonry is deteriorated and the windows or the seals need to be replaced. The lower roof has structural issues at the connection points. The lower roof surface also needs replaced. Two options for repair have been suggested.
