Description of Work

Rhodes Tower located on the campus of Cleveland State University in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, is a 21 story, 500,000 square foot building that was constructed in the early 1970’s. In recent years the 19th floor has been plagued by leaks beneath the 20th floor’s mechanical room exterior walls and an existing EPDM mezzanine roof. This project will involve the replacement of the mezzanine roof system and the replacement of the exterior wall’s panels, steel siding and louvers. The project is also to include 100% sealant replacement on all four sides of the Tower. An investigative study was conducted for the roofing portion of the project and will be available. The building will be occupied during construction.
