Description of Work

Rhodes Plaza 3 Pedestrian bridges over E 21st , E 22nd Street and Music to Student Center - This study reviews the exterior concrete encasement and fascia panels for these bridges constructed circa 1975. It notes that the exterior components are in need of repair most notably on the E 21st street bridge which has movement of the upper hand rail.
