Description of Work

Renovate 2nd and 5th floors for use by Cleveland State University Art and Theater Departments.

 

Project Highlights

Renovate floors 2 and 5 into office, classroom/studio and other support space for the Cleveland Play House and the Cleveland State University drama and dance department -- which are renovating the nearby Allen Theatre into a new joint home -- as well as the CSU visual-arts department.
