Individual housing units will feature living space and kitchens ad contain: dining table and chairs, full size refrigerator, over the range microwave, range, dishwasher, cabinets, sink with garbage disposal, entertainment center, coffee tables, end tables and soft seating in the form of couches and lounge chairs to accommodate the number of beds. Rooms will include private phone jack, data hook-up and cable connection.
Amenities included within the common area: A social lounge with gaming, business center, vending area, mailroom, laundry facilities, public restrooms, reception/conference area with managerial offices attached, maintenance office, master trash room and mechanical areas.
The project will also include approximately 16,740 square feet of office space to accommodate the University's Admissions Office, Marketing Office and Parking Office. The four story parking facility will accommodate 295 parking spaces.
