Description of Work

Renovate the existing Baker's Union Building into the new Campus Safety Building. Relocate the Police department from Chester Annex utilizing the basement and fist floor.

Received conditional certification of Occupancy.  Police and Security begin moving in April 2011 with dispatch moving in May 2011.

A New glass and steel entrance on Chester Avenue giving the police force a wonderful campus presence. A new, state of the art dispatch is a major component on the first floor. The county mobile emergency response unit is docked at this location.
