Our mission is to create and sustain facilities that provide a safe, comfortable and attractive campus environment. Our work entails design and construction of new facilities, renovation of existing University buildings and improvement of University-owned land. We undertake this mission in accordance to the University Master Plan as approved by the President, the Board of Trustees and the Ohio Board of Regents, and are governed by the requirements of State law pertaining to capital construction. Integral to our mission is developing and securing a campus atmosphere that unifies the City of Cleveland and Cleveland State University.
