Remember your days at Fenn Tower? Sharing a room with friends … attending classes taught by a favorite professor … swimming in the pool … dancing in Panel Hall … Fenn Tower has long been a cherished landmark at Cleveland State University and Fenn College.

This grand building, fully renovated and refurbished to its original splendor, reopened in August 2006 as housing for more than 400 students eager to make their own memories.

You can recapture a piece of the past and ensure your link to Fenn Tower through a gift to the Fenn Tower Legacy project. Put your name on a renovated suite on the floor you called “home.” Or put your name on one of the public areas. Your gift will support the University’s Changing Futures Fund and be your personal legacy and tribute to Fenn Tower’s glorious past and exciting future.

The new Fenn Tower offers fully furnished apartment-style rooms, study areas, a game room and fitness center, laundry facilities, a business center, internet connections, a pizza oven, and more.

• 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchenette - $10,000
• 1 bedroom, 1 bath - $5,000
