Registration and Payment

All registration and payment for CSU Continuing Education programs must be processed through CSU’s secure online system.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Corporate Checks are the only forms of payment accepted, and they must be processed through the online payment system.

No payments are accepted by phone or through USPS mail, as these are not secure methods to transfer payment information.

Money Orders, Purchase Orders, American Express, Personal Checks, and Cash are NOT accepted forms of payment for any CSU Continuing Education program.

Canceled Programs

Continuing Education must cancel programs that do not attain the required minimum enrollment. Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, discontinue, or postpone programs. Attempts are made to contact all students whose programs have been canceled. In the event a program is canceled, a full refund of the registration fee will be given.

Cleveland State University Weather Closing

In the event CSU classes are canceled due to weather, Continuing Education programs will meet as scheduled. If continuing education programs must be canceled because of inclement weather or other conditions, the school will post a notice on the school's website.

Refund Policy

Intent to withdraw must be made known two full business days before the start of the program for a refund to be processed. Call (216) 687-3867 or email j.n.muscatello@csuohio.edu to withdraw or transfer.

Full Refunds will be issued when a class is canceled by the Continuing Education Department, or previously made payments may be applied to another program. No refunds will be issued after the first program meeting. Books and supplies/materials are non-refundable. If the student paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited within 45 business days on the credit card initially charged.
