Welcome to the Spring Edition of the Parent Connection Newsletter!
This semester has been full of excitement and energy at Cleveland State University! The national spotlight again shined on CSU during President Obama's third campus visit since 2009, the men's basketball team won the Horizon League conference for the first time in school history, CSU hosted the largest career fair in NorthEast Ohio, and students are traveling over spring break to volunteer in Alabama and Michigan.
We truly hope that your student is making the most out of his/her college experience in the classroom and around campus. Encourage your student to develop positive relationships with professors, meet new friends, join student organizations, participate in campus events and seek internships & co-ops. Spring is also the time of year to start speaking with your student about May graduation and career plans, or your student's summer break plans.

Spring Open House
We're opening our doors to prospective and admitted students and parents, alumni and members of the community for a fun day of information and exploration. Join us for an inside look at CSU during our inaugural Spring Open House on Saturday, April 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Spend the entire day or stop in for just a few hours to pick and choose from a wide range of campus activities. Find a major, tour the new and renovated student residence halls, learn more about financial aid, talk to academic advisors, meet current students and alumni, and more!
