The 2009 Littler Mendelson Employment and Labor Law Lecture

Dean Green’s scholarship focuses on labor and management disputes and alternatives to the court resolution of disputes. In his Littler Mendelson lecture, “Where Are We Going with the Merger of Employment Discrimination Claims and Alternative Dispute Resolution?” he will discuss the ramifications of mandatory arbitration agreements in the workplace.
Green’s JD is from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his LLM is from the University of Wisconsin Madison Law School. He is a productive scholar whose articles have appeared in the BERKELEY JOURNAL OF EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR LAW, the BRANDEIS LAW JOURNAL and in numerous other journals. He is co-chair of the subcommittee on ADR for the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Section's Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Elected a member of the American Law Institute in October 2006, he serves on the Consultative Group on the Restatement Third of Employment Law.
