Elizabeth Unis Chesko made her international professional singing debut with the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra in performances of Rosini’s Messe Solenne to critical acclaim. Her performance experience includes opera, oratorio, concert and recital both at home and abroad. She performed leading roles with Swiss and German opera companies specializing in the repertoire of Puccini, Verdi, Rossini and Mozart, among others. She was a featured soloist with the Austrian Radio Orchestra, Radio Montecenere and the Schweizerische Rundfunk Orchestra. Regionally, she has appeared with the Cleveland Opera, the Great Lakes Chamber Opera, the Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra, the Cleveland Civic Orchestra, the Cleveland Women’s Orchestra, the Suburban Symphony, and at the Cleveland Playhouse. She also performs chamber music with members of The Cleveland Orchestra. Her interpretations of contemporary repertoire have been met with critical acclaim nationally and internationally.
