Q: May I rehearse in a classroom if it is unlocked and is not being used?
A: No. Students are never permitted to reserve or use a classroom for rehearsal even when it is unlocked and not in use.
Q: I have reserved time in a performance hall, ensemble room or a classroom, but have been asked to leave. What do I do?
A: Occasionally students and faculty alike may forget when they have reserved a particular room or hall. If you are asked to leave during regular working hours, you should see Toni Lovejoy to confirm the reservation. In the evenings and on weekends, consult the hall reservation list posted on one of the bulletin boards outside the Faculty-Staff Lounge on the 3rd floor and across from the Drinko Recital Hall stage door on the Lower Level. Note: Students are never permitted to reserve a classroom.
Q: How do I request a locker?
A: To request a locker, see Stephen Kabat, Instrument Technician.
