As of August 2006, the K’inal Winik Cultural
Center has moved to its new permanent home in the Chester Building.
The K’inal Winik Cultural Center is now housed
in the Department of Anthropology, Room 138, around the corner
from the CSU Parking and Police Departments. The Center is now
centrally located and much more visible than its former offices
were in Rhodes Tower. It is our hope that by moving the Center
to a larger location within the more visible Department of Anthropology,
we will generate greater student and faculty interest in the Center
and bring renewed attention to the Center’s varied programs.
Please feel free to stop by, say hello, and tour our new facilities!
We look forward to seeing you soon!
