WoWnet - CSU Wireless Network

Vike with laptopWoWnet is here! WoWnet (WithoutWires network) allows you to take your laptop around campus and connect to the Internet - WITHOUT a network wire. A wireless card, configured for CSU campus, and your network id & password - that's all you need!

You can now access WoWnet anywhere on campus. Check out the Coverage Map-Zone Map to see where you can connect to WoWnet. Also, it will show you different wireless zones at CSU.  The zones are important because every time you move to a new zone you may need to login again. Cost and Purchasing - Cost of a wireless adapter card plus WoWnet setup on the IAP 8.5 CD is $115.00. Faculty and staff can purchase the adapter card and CD from IS&T (RT 1104) by completing a form that requires a departmental PeopleSoft number. Students can purchase a wireless adapter card and CD from the CSU Bookstore.
